Catching UP - It's been MONTHS!

Well, I figure if CD can post a new blog, I guess I can too! I just haven't had the juice to work on blogging since it usually takes SO long to upload pictures! Also, I haven't been a real picture-taking fanatic lately .. didn't even take ONE picture at Christmas!! But, anyways, here's some of what we've been up to the last few months.

Meli got new glasses. I think they're cute and I think she looks cute in them!

Both Alex and Ray's bikes had problems but Ray finally fixed them and he and Alex took a little ride around in the parking lot!! I just had to get pics of it!

My co-workers and I decorated our principal's door for Principal Appreciation Day!

We had a small hallway rally for the 3 students that went to All-State Band. It was fun seeing all the kids in the hall like that, rooting on their schoolmates!! Yes, that's my son with his arms up in the air on the left! What a goof!

Celebrated the completion of the school's renovation.

Sold Christmas Trees with my daughter to help raise money for the Foreign Language Club.

My door got mangled in the Wind Storm of 2009! I'm still climbing over the passenger's side!

And of course, the famous blowing over of the APL crane during the wind storm. Ray and Captain T actually drove out there when it happened - DURING the storm! (Under the guise of making sure the Stimson wasn't damaged .. bologna .. they just wanted to play out in the wind)!

And, of course, my hideous smashed thumb! It hurt like hell and yes, the nail is starting to fall off now!!!

Took my daughter and her boyfriend out to eat at Dutch Harbor Fast Food and I got a heart-shaped pickle on my burger! Just HAD to get a pic of it!!

Back into the Busy Dutch Harbor Life!

Well heck .. I got a new Mac and I can't figure out how to move the pictures around on this. So, yeah.

Well, I'm about all pooped out from traveling for vacation and work! It's nice to get back into the busy swing of things in Dutch Harbor/Unalaska!! Missed the Arts and Crafts event at the Senior Center (bummer), but have been real busy with the kids and this crazy thing called MY JOB. LOL Hope you enjoy my most recent pics!!

Arizona!!

Before you check out this blog, be sure to check out my Catching Up blog too! So, here's all the pics from my recent trip to Arizona for a training conference. Enjoy!!

CD and T @ the ANC airport - they ended up being on the same flight from ANC to SEA!! How I did not know this, I do not know! It was quite a surprise to see them and we had a nice dinner together before the flight. :-)

This is the Thrifty Rental car agent, I think his name was Davon or something like that. He said he is a huge Deadliest Catch fan, been watching it since the beginning so I figured I would put him on my blog!

Trust me when I say: you have to see it to really appreciate it! These pictures completely wash the color out and do not do the canyon justice! It is so colorful and brilliant! Absolutely beautiful!!

We thought this was a baby in the stroller - IT'S A DOG!! These old people were carting their little dog around like a baby! It was hilarious!

I'm fairly certain that this is the location where they filmed that part in National Lampoons after Clark robs the hotel and he checks out the Grand Canyon for like 5 seconds before hightailing it out of there with his wife.

Downtown Prescott, Arizona

Downtown Prescott was absolutely lovely! People just walking around downtown at night, walking their dogs, holding hands. It seemed so calm and safe. And it was so warm! Made me want to move there!

My Lame Attempt at Catching Up!

Okay, so I know I haven't blogged in like FOREVER, so I figured it was time!! I'm too lazy to arrange these photos, so you're getting them newest to oldest! :-) I'll put up a new post about my Arizona trip soon!
